One more beach location, and I think this is going to be the one.
It’s been very difficult finding a beach site big enough for our group (most max out around 30, including kids).
I found a property manager over a place that sleeps 26 – BUT – she has 2 of them, same floor plan, side by side. That would give us room for 52, not counting the babies (she said infants won’t apply to the body count).
That’s the good news. The bad news is that it means we have to pay for 2. They are $1,200 per night (each), plus taxes and cleaning fees. We also need to cover our incidentals, so I’m figuring $275 per adult, based on 30 adults.
I know that’s a bit high, but we’ve got a long time to save it. I don’t think you’ll find many places where you can stay 3 nights on the beach for $275.
Keep in mind families will be responsible for buying their own food, and we’ll work out food plans in the coming days.
